Zurvan (ズルワーン, Zuruwaan) is a demon in the series.
History
Zurvan is the god of matter, time, destiny, space, light, and darkness in the Zoroastrian sect known as Zurvanism. From it was born Ahura Mazda and Angra Mainyu. It is considered the creator of both beings.

Shin Megami Tensei if... Hazama's Chapter
Known as the "Emperor" ingame, he possesses Ideo Hazama during the story. Originally a demon subservient to Lucifer, he revolted against him in order to create a world where both humans, Angels and Demons, could live in peace in harmony. Innitialy he would destroy Lucifer with his own servants, the demons, but after hear about Hazama´s plan of vengeace, he warps and twists the mind of Hazama in order to be summoned, and throw the school in Makai. He is banished by Hazama thanks to the "Ring of Light", given to Tamaki Uchida by Lucifer, and is faced as the final boss of the game. The player must have Ideo Hazama, Reiko Akanezawa and Yumi Shirakawa in the party to defeat him, as all demons in the party are killed instantly before the battle starts.
