Yume is a public high school student and a part-timer at De La Mancha. She is an honest and energetic girl.[1] Yume has five younger brothers and first started working part-time at De La Mancha to help out with the family finances.
Her set of requests revolve around her misfortunes in her daily life involving demons stealing items from her. According to Madame Ginko, this is because Yume has strong spiritual energy. The incidents gradually become worse, with a demon stealing an e-reader Yume spent 6 months worth of savings on for her younger brothers' birthday, but the demon would break it, forcing Ringo to return it as is. Yume doesn't blame Ringo for the accident and thanks her for going out of her way to retrieve it for her.
