Wrathful Book first appears in the Adamah Block of Tartarus, between floors 237 to 261.
It later reappears as support for the boss on the 20th floor of Antenora within the Abyss of Time, the Primitive Idol, along with the Shouting Tiara. Its sole focus during the battle will be to use Stagnant Air and Infuriate to Enrage the party. If successful, Shouting Tiara will respond with Tetrakarn, which may result in afflicted party members KOing themselves by attacking the barriers. As the boss can be inflicted with all status effects, resisting all except a neutral affinity to Rage, any ailment can neutralize much of its threat.
In Golden, Wrathful Book will appear on Paths 1-3. It no longer repels light and dark spells, but instead is immune to all elemental spells. In battle, it will attack with Crazy Chain and inflict Rage on party members, amplified by Rage Boost. It may also erect physical and magical barriers. It protects its weakness with Dodge Physical.
