Will of the People (大衆の望み, Taishū no nozomi)? is a Healing skill. It is an enemy-exclusive skill used by the Holy Grail.

Will of the People restores roughly 1000 HP a total of 7 times. The 5% healing variance rule still applies to said number, and works similarly to damage.
During the second fight against the Holy Grail, a party member can cut the supply lines attached to it via a Special Order. If successful, this skill will no longer be usable.
If the protagonist confronts the Holy Grail encounter alone, the Grail will stop using it after three attempts.
