Wealth Hand is a Shadow in the Persona series.
Appearances[]
Profile[]
Persona 3[]
Wealth Hand randomly appears on all floors of the Thebel Block in Tartarus. Upon spotting the protagonist, it will attempt to flee and will disappear if it reaches a dead end. Approaching this Shadow from directly behind will allow the party to catch it unaware.
When it is first encountered, Slash, Strike, or Pierce skills will allow for more damage than attacking it normally would. When defeated, it may drop Wealth Coin, which can be sold. Later, after Shinshoudo Antiques re-opens, it will also begin to drop Nihil Weapons that can be used in weapon fusion.
Wealth Hand is also the subject of one of Elizabeth's requests. While the request is active, Wealth Hands will only drop Lead Medals when defeated.
Wealth Hand later reappears in Malebolge and Cocytus within the Abyss of Time. It is immune to elemental attacks but weak to a random physical type each individual character's turn.
Reload[]
Wealth Hand, along with all other rare Golden Shadows, have been moved to the Fool Arcana, and like the previous games, Wealth Hand appears in the Thebel Block of Tartarus.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Wealth Hand appears as a rare golden Shadow, possibly found in all of the halls of the Steamy Bathhouse within the Midnight Channel. It may rarely attack or Stand By while its health is still high but it will escape when damaged. Using Electric skills followed by an All-Out Attack is the most efficient way to defeat it before it flees. While not listed as a weakness, it will take double damage from Almighty attacks.
Once defeated, it will drop a Chest Key and 3,000 Yen.
In Golden, it will attempt to run away upon spotting the party. If they run into a wall, they fall down, allowing the protagonist to hit them easier. On the other hand, if they circle around and run into the protagonist at a dead end, they may get an Enemy Advantage. These Shadows nullify Light and Dark skills, and are strong against elemental skills. Attempting to use Physical skills against them for their higher Critical Rate may allow the party to knock them down for an All-Out Attack. When defeated, it may drop Magatsu Xandrite for trade at Shiroku Pub.
Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth[]
Wealth Hand randomly appears in the Labyrinths. It resists all Physical and elemental skills, including Almighty. When defeated, it may drop Wealth Piece, which can be sold.
