Waxwork is a demon in the series.
History[]
Waxwork is possibly based on the wax statues found in wax museums. In fact, the term "Waxworks" is used as a synonym for "Museum of Wax." Its name and artwork likely reference the Mexican urban legend of "La Pascualita," a famed mannequin belonging to the "La Popular" bridal shop, said to be so beautiful and lifelike it was made by coating the corpse of the store's original owner's daughter in wax.
