In Shin Megami Tensei IV and Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse, War Cry decreases the attack and defense of all foes by one stage.
In the Persona 2 duology, War Cry inflicts Fury on all foes.
In Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, War Cry lowers the offense and defense of all foes for three rounds.
