History[]
Usumidori (薄緑*)? is Yoshitsune's sword, passed down to him by his older brother Yoritomo. By the power of Usumidori, Yoshitsune was able to wipe out the Taira clan at the Battle of Dannoura. Later seeking a reconciliation with his estranged brother, Yoshitsune presented Usumidori to the god of Hakone, whose steward passed it on to Soga Gorō, and following the Soga brothers' vendetta killing, they presented the sword to Yoritomo in the hope of forgiveness.
