Details

Queen Joe is a large Shadow resembling a tyrannosaurus rex with golden, long hair and eyebrow makeup. It is one of the carnivore dinosaurs that terrorize Junessic Land, and is supposedly the movie's "villain."

It is first encountered at the third floor where it picks up a herbivore with no other herbivores bothering to save her. Shortly after Yosuke Hanamura is seen defending a herbivore from one. In order to save Yosuke, the party devises a plan where Teddie throws a rock to enrage the carnivore, then the party lures it to an electric cage and faints it with a unison attack by the P4 hero and the P5 hero. However, the herbivores began to consider the humans as threats and fled to "paradise," forcing them to retreat.

After the party calms down Yosukesaurus in the Isle's End, it suddenly appears in there and attacks everyone, human and dinosaur alike. Yosukesaurus takes on the Tyranniqueen alone and was pushed onto a wall, but the other herbivores were set to help him. This allows the party to fight it with a quarter of his health lost and the HP and SP lost from the previous fight fully restored. It was defeated and forced to flee and the movie ends with the Herbivores and Yosukesaurus agreeing to work with each other to achieve real paradise.

It was later revealed that Tyranniqueen is a Cognition of the bullies that defaced Hikari and Miyuki's desk in their secondary school. The bullies would deface the desk of other girls in the school, and anyone who makes friends with the bullied will get their desk defaced as well. Due to none of the students wanting to be bullied, they wanted to kick only Miyuki, but Hikari said that everyone should be friends instead, so out of a selfish form of self-preservation they kicked her out, with Miyuki joining in. This results in Hikari having no friends, and the mentioning of having proper friends simply agitates her.

The carnivorous dinosaurs, despite being set up as dangerous threats, are in fact nothing more than patrolling F.O.Es and only take advantage of the Herbivore's internal discord and cowardice. This mirrors the bullies in Hikari's secondary school which will not bother with Hikari until she befriended Miyuki, and it is her other friends that caused the trauma and not the bullies.
