Turbo Granny is a demon of the Foul Race and can be summoned through fusion after being defeated in the "Supersonic Racing" subquest in Tokyo. The Nahobino will happen upon a reporter in the Takanawa region of the world map trying to get a picture of Turbo Granny. After agreeing to help, the Nahobino will have to try and stop Turbo Granny running around the city map three times, resulting in her becoming enraged and attacking the party.

The rumor to make the 100km/h Hag appear can be obtained from Ixquic. After the rumor is spread, she will appear on the third floor of Seedy CD. Once the High Speed Title item is obtained upon her defeat, it can be given to Ixquic for an Incense set.
