True Fake (本物の贋作, Honmono Gansaku)? is a Support Skill. It is an enemy-exclusive skill, used by Ichiryusai "Azazel" Madarame.

True Fake is used once the paintings have been destroyed, and when used the first time, will summon four different Ersatz Madarame; Ersatz Joy, Ersatz Fury, Ersatz Sorrow, and Ersatz Mirth. Whenever a Ersatz Madarame is knocked out, he will cast True Fake to summon a random one, and if all four are defeated, he will summon two pairs of different Ersatz Madarame.
When Madarame is at low health, there is a chance that one of the Ersatz Madarame will have low health and be inflicted with the Sleep ailment, allowing for easy Technical attacks.
