Home Training[edit | edit source]

The protagonist is able to train at Café Leblanc, by suspending from one of the beams at their attic. It can be accessed by interacting with one of the chairs. Initially, they are granted an HP boost, and with every 4 visits, the total grows. This applies for 4 stages separated by 4 visits. However, on every last 4th training, the protagonist only gains 1HP, with every visit after finishing the final stage doing the same.

The protagonist is able train at Protein Lovers in Shibuya. The system is similar to training at home, however, they are able to boost their SP as well.

Drinking protein before a training session allows them boost the efficiency of their training. For each training, the protagonist is able to use a single bottle of protein of their choice, which adds on to the total result of their training.

Persona 5 Royal[edit | edit source]

Home Training[edit | edit source]

In Persona 5 Royal, the system has been simplified, where the protagonist's HP gain no longer goes down over time. Instead, the 4 visits in each stage all share a value, and the 16th visit and after is the same as the final stage.
