Design
Tomoe is a mature-looking woman with long wavy navy hair and eyes. Her dance outfit is similar to Kanami's but aqua and blue with a blue-trimmed white scarf.
Personality
Tomoe appear to be calm and cool person. She appears to care deeply about her fellow members of Kanamin Kitchen. When she was inside of the Midnight Stage, she lose her cool, and panicked as she becomes extremely worried about her teammates as they were separated into different stages.
Tomoe's insecurity is devotion, as she wanted to protect the people she loves, but fear that if she can't feel any love, she can't protect them.
After she revert back to normal, she become more opened to others, as it revealed that she's love reading manga, as she told her friend in high school, since that she becomes distance to others including boys thinking it might be a weird hobby, and she has a laughing fit like Yukiko.

Persona 4: Dancing All Night
Tomoe is a member of Kanamin Kitchen. She and the other members somehow ended up in the Midnight Stage. She is the second person to be found by the Investigation Team in her stage. Yosuke notices how she's completely different than Tomoe they knew. Suddenly the Eerie Voice taunted her about her position as leader of the group and thinking whether or not to take responsible or abandoning it and leave, but she denied.
After Tomoe submitted to Shadow's will, she transformed into a Shadow. Her appearance as a shadow takes a form of that resemble to seductive host with blue butterfly mask.
After she revert back to her normal self, she is keep and she was keep safe inside that resemble to a back room from TakuraPro, before Ochimizu appear, she reveals to Yu's group about the song there suppose to performance at ConnecFES, The Morning Glory, Calystegia, was actually from decreased idol, Yuko Osada . Later Ochimizu tell other including Tomoe that Tamami, who she claims to be safe, she decide to stay with her a while the Investigation Team go to rejoin Rise's group.
