Tokepi, also known as Tokebi, Dokebi, Dokkaebi or Tockepi, is the reoccurring supernatural spirit in Korean mythology. They often trick people into playing wrestling with them, or make fools out of greedy people. While they are mischievous, they are not murderous, and if a human treats them respectfully they may reward him or her.
Tokepi are traditionally portrayed in a manner similar to Japanese oni, with horns and loincloths.

Trivia[]
Tokebi's hat has the Japanese character 鬼 on it. The character can translate to "ghost" or "demon."
The design of Tokebi resemble that of the Jeoseung Saja, the psychopomps of Korean mythology. Tokebi's black colored clothes in Devil Summoner reinforces their similarity with them.
