Todomeki is a demon in the series.

History

Todomeki, also called Dodomeki, is a she-demon with many eyes covering her body, thus earning the name "Demon with Hundreds of Eyes." It is said that thieves and pickpockets would become one after death and that they lived in the city limits.

"Origin: Japan

A female spirit whose arms and body are covered in hundreds of bird eyes. Her name means "hundred-eye demon." Todomeki is a dextrous woman who pickpockets yen. Many of the eyes on her body were made by sticking the stolen yen into her skin.

The reason why Todomeki is said to have bird eyes is because, in the olden days, the hole perforated on coins was called "bird's eye"."
