The Slave Book must be inserted at Kamoshida's Palace's library at East Building 3F, particularly the shelf revolving around the students at the track team, as well as "Ryuji Sakamoto: The Vulgar Ape". Inserting all books in the correct shelves will open a secret room containing Kamoshida's Medal and Tower Map.
