In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, Tempest is a Physical skill that deals medium Physical damage to all enemies.
In Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army, Tempest is a Force skill that deals light Force damage to a target and slows their movement, with two half power damage "hits" affecting the target over time. Targets weak to Force skills are inflicted with the Impede ailment.
