Taueret is a demon in the series.

History

Taueret, or more commonly Tawaret, is the Egyptian goddess of childbirth and fertility. She was once the wife of the demon god Apep, the original chaos, but eventually, she was seen as more benign. Some pair her with the god Set, other associate her with the demon Ammut.
