Persona 1 version[]

  • Do we have any info on the effects of this in Persona 1? I was watching a video (Revelations version) where Mark died but was immediately revived with full HP by a "Secret power!". Are there any lists anywhere? --Bettafishrule2579 (talk) 21:49, June 5, 2013 (UTC)
I honestly don't know. The only one I've ever seen was when Nanjo equipped with Illuyanka was low on HP, and when it came his turn, instead of doing my command, Illuyanka did a fairly powerful unique attack. Unknown Power seems to be a hidden feature, and not only do we have to experiment with it a lot to find every effect, we also have nothing to call them.--Otherarrow (talk) 21:57, June 5, 2013 (UTC)

New combinations and spells/magic[]

Okay, so I was looking at Japanese sites for P1 in case we missed any info on it and found a site detailing some methods of obtaining Unknown Powers. Their info on Revival and Attack was the same as ours, but they had more complete lists on Recovery and Nullification. I was skeptical at first until I tested it: I fused a Pyro Jack under a Full Moon using a Yoma demon, put it on Yukino and tried to trigger the Recovery Power. To my pleasant surprise, Pyro Jack did recover 50% of Yukino's HP and SP.

And here comes the second discovery. As you can see in the Nullification table, there's "nullifies spells" and "nullifies magic". What does that mean? Simple. We already knew that P1 was similar to the early SMT games, but it also uses the same Spell/Magic division as SMTI, II and if...! This means all Eye, Dance, Voice, Energy Drain, Breath, Wall, Miracle and Curse skills and elemental spells that aren't Agi/Bufu/Garu/Magna etc. such as Azure Cessation, Heavenly Cyclone, Gokurafu Fall, Eastern Impact, etc. are classified as "Magic".
