Citation needed indeed. Royal has not yet been datamined and probably won't be for the foreseeable future due to the PS4 hacking scene having immense trouble getting through the encription in newer PS4 games. Raoul doesn't make sense as a third tier Persona. Arsene is his true name, while Raoul is an alternate identity. Why would Joker awaken to a Persona with a fake name? Furthermore, why would you go from a Persona that can kill gods to some alternate Arsene?
