The Protagonist starts Runa's Synergy after complete Side Mission. Once the initial side quest is completed, She can be found during the night at Shibuya. Runa's Synergy is tied to Guts.

Synergy Stories[]
At nighttime, Nagisa was passing by Shibuya and sees a girl picking up trash, but all the sudden a drunken man asks her a question and she explains she's picking up a garbage, a man jumps the gun at her wrongly assuming she called him trash. Nagisa came to stop that man from verbal attack. The girl introducing herself as Runa Dogenzaka and explaining she loves Shibuya, who volunteers to clean Shibuya and Nagisa becomes her Shibuya Buddy.
When she notices Shibuya's popularity is gradually declining, Runa decided to solve this problem, in order to restore Shibuya's popularity as well as the popularity of Shibuya's mascot, Shichi-kun.
First Nagisa and Runa need to understand the way to increase Shichi-kun's popularity, They have to go to Akihabara, in order to interrogate Shichi-kun's popularity. After street interviews and learning Shichi-kun's popularity has gotten lower and lower, Runa is disappointed about that.
Runa meets the Shichi-kun's fifth actor who is now drunken who hurts Runa's feelings by brushing her off and denying he played Shichi-kun, but feels remorse after seeing her cry.
Runa meets a friendly woman who used to be third actor who played Shichi-kun.
Runa tells Nagisa that George, the fake Shichi-kun, who is in Kichijoji. When confronting the imposter, George says he cares about money, fame, and recognition. Threatening to sue them for interfering with his business.
Runa had states that George the mascot for Kichijoji is really Suguru Hachiyama, the creator and the first actor of Shichi-kun, now dressing like another mascot like George.
In the Mementos, Nagisa finds Suguru Hachiyama's shadow and prepare for battle. When the battle over, Suguru reveals that he does like Shibuya, created Shichi-kun, started a campaign, there were a lot of people who loved it, and he felt happy. He created his company that runs the mascots. Even though it's a great fulfillment the business was not successful. After this business failed and a lot of people leave, he can no longer live in Shibuya and moved to Kichijoji. But stating he couldn't get over the success of Shichi-kun and made George the imposter.
