The protagonist starts Kira's Synergy by completing Side Mission: Peculiar Player. Once the initial side quest is completed, he can be found during the night at at the arcade near the Convenience Store on Shibuya Central Street. Kira's Synergy is tied to Proficiency.

Synergy Stories[]
At the arcade on Shibuya Central Street, Nagisa sees a strange man in a doctor's lab coat playing a shooting video game at the arcade. He noticed the man has a sharp aim, which Nagisa wants to learn his shooting skills, as the man walk away from the arcade machine. After Nagisa finishes the game and about to leave, the man stopped him and insists on challenge him to play a versus round. However, a doctorly man came to the arcade and scold the man in lab coat who known as "Kitazato-kun". The doctorly man, who is as Kitazato's preceptor, scolds him for suggesting a surgery with serious risk to a patient and asks Kitazato to hurry back to hospital immediately. Kira Kitazato and Nagisa then exchanged contact info to arrange their versus round at another time.
