Sukunda decreases one target's accuracy and evasion.
In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, the buff is permanent and can stack up to 4 ranks. The hit/evade debuff and the hit/evade buff (Sukukaja) are separate variables, so although they stack with one-another and can neutralize each-other's effects, they still can only be used 4 times each unless one of the stats is reset with Dekunda or Dekaja. Usually, Sukunda only affects the accuracy of attacks, and does not influence miscellaneous factors, such as ailment and Insta-Kill efficacy.
In Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2, Sukunda decreases the enemy faction's accuracy and evasion by 20% each. The effect lasts for 3 turns.
In Shin Megami Tensei IV, Sukukaja decreases the enemy faction's accuracy and evasion by 1 rank, and stacks up to 3 ranks. The buff and debuff statuses are singular, rather than individual, so if the target's hit/evade is increased by 1 or more stages, Sukunda will directly increase it without the need of Dekaja.
In Shin Megami Tensei V, Sukunda's effect lasts for 3 turns and can stack twice. Casting Sukunda again before the effect wears off will refresh the turn timer. The icon indicating that Sukunda is active will be blinking the turn before its effect wears off. Sukukaja presumably decreases the target's Accuracy of offensive attacks by 9/10 on the first stage, and to 85/100 on the 2nd. On the other hand, in terms of their evasion, the accuracy of attackers that target the afflicted user are increased to x1.1 on the 1st stage, and x1.2 on the 2nd. If the Accuracy of attacks were to exceed 100% via the buffs, it would simply treat attacks as guaranteed hits.[1]
In Soul Hackers 2, Sukunda lowers the accuracy and evasion of the enemy faction. The effect does not stack in ranks, and normally lasts 3 turns, but it can be extended to 4 or 5 with Mistiques.[2] Casting the skill again will replenish the timer.
In Persona 3, Persona 4 and Persona 5, Sukunda lasts for three turns.
In Persona 5, casting the same skill again will extend the timer by 3 additional turns, up to a maximum of 15. Sukukaja directly cancels out the user's speed debuff, regardless of the remaining duration.
In Persona 5 Strikers, Sukunda instead lowers a range of enemies' Critical and Auto-Evasion rate. It lasts for a certain period of time: under default circumstances, it lasts 50 seconds.
