Stomach Bugs are encountered inside of Orcus's body.
Alongside with Parasite also present in that area, they may be related to the Japanese saying "my stomach bug(s) won't calm down (腹の虫が収まらない, Hara no mushi ga osamaranai)?" which is said when one is particularly hungry, fitting for the ever hungry Orcus.
