The Spyglass can be found in the basement of the Obelisk on the first visit and effectively replaces the Analyze skill permanently.
Shin Megami Tensei V[]
The data from a Spyglass can be reviewed in the party's status screen at any time without spending another Spyglass. In addition, defeating an enemy will unlock that data in the party status screen, as if a Spyglass had been used.
