Sooty Regalia is dirty armor that can be equipped by women.
Like all dirty armor, the protagonist can launder it in the washing machines near Café Leblanc. Washing Sooty Regalia can result in two viable Men's armors, the outcome of which is decided randomly. The protagonist can obtain Old Khamrai Tao or Khamrai Tao.
