The Sooty Gilded Collar is dirty armor that can be equipped by Morgana.
Like all dirty armor, the protagonist can launder it in the washing machines near Café Leblanc. Washing Sooty Gilded Collar can result in two viable Cat armors, the outcome of which is decided randomly. The protagonist can obtain Old Infinity Scarf or Bottomless Scarf.
