Like all dirty armor, the protagonist can launder it in the washing machines near Café Leblanc. Washing Sooty Feather Coat can result in two viable Cat armors, the outcome of which is decided randomly. The protagonist can obtain Old Shocking Scarf or Shocking Scarf.
