Sooty Cheongonism is dirty armor that can be equipped by all women.
Like all dirty armor, the protagonist can launder it in the washing machines near Café Leblanc. Washing Sooty Cheongsam can result in two viable Women's armors, the outcome of which is decided randomly. The protagonist can obtain Old Cheongsam or Fairy Cheongsam.
