The protagonist can start Nozomi's Social Link after hearing about him from Kenji. He can be found during the day in Paulownia Mall , except on Thursdays (Portable ). He's also available during school holidays.
Nozomi gives the protagonist a Gourmet License when the Social Link is maxed, which enables the fusion of Sandalphon .
