Sky Balance begins appearing in battles in the second half of the Arqa Block in Tartarus, from 41F onward. They will later appear inside the love hotel on Shirakawa Boulevard during the July 7 Full Moon Operation.
Persona 3 Reload[]
Like in previous games, Sky Balance appears in the second half half of the Arqa Block.
A more powerful Sky Balance appears as the second boss in the Monad Passage of the Harabah Block of Tartarus, alongside a Heat Balance and a Light Balance. This Sky Balance focuses on party wide buffs such as Matarukaja and Marakukaja, as well as casting Electric and Wind magic. If the other two balances are defeated and this one is left alone, it will summon in an Omnipotent Balance.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Sky Balance appears on the 9th and 10th floors of Marukyu Striptease in the Midnight Channel. Unlike its predecessor in Persona 3, it will repel everything except Fire-based and Almighty attacks. Like other Balance enemies, it will typically target the protagonist whether the attacks are effective or not. When defeated, it may drop Fashionable Dish. Selling six Fashionable Dishes at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the unisex Hard Armor in the shop's inventory.
For Quest #27: Acquire Some Fashionable Dishes, the protagonist must acquire three Fashionable Dishes from Sky Balances.
In Golden, it only repels Electricity and Wind and has a regular immunity to Physical, Light, and Dark skills, forcing the player to use fire and ice against it. It may also drop Olive Stones for trade at the Shiroku Pub.
