Persona 4 / Golden

Shallow Okina appears on B3F and B4F of the Secret Laboratory within the Midnight Channel. It will try to use Old One to Enervate the party before attacking. When defeated, it may drop Windcutter Cloth. Selling ten Windcutter Cloths at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Festival Drum accessory in the shop.

In Golden, it loses its Light and Dark immunities but can now absorb Wind. It also trades Magarula for Herculean Strike. Selling six Windcutter Cloths is enough to unlock the Festival Drum in the shop. Shallow Okina may also drop Howlite for trade at Shiroku Pub.

Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth

Shallow Okina appears in Nights 1 and 2 of the Inaba Pride Exhibit. It is weak to Electricity, attacks with single- and multi-target Ice skills, and can reduce the party's defense with Marakunda. When defeated, it may drop Okina Piece, Okina Coat, and Okina Staff. Okina Piece is used to create the Charun's Hammer for Shinjiro, the Kiss of Athena for Aigis, and the Breeze Tutu female armor. Okina Coat is used to create the Guard Rosary accessory. Okina Staff is used to create Snuff Soul.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth

Shallow Okina appears in Act 1 of the fourth Theater, Hikari. It attacks with Ice skills and may put the party to sleep with Lullaby Song. When defeated, it may drop Okina Gem and Okina Cup. Okina Gem is used to create the Monohoshizao for Yusuke, the Future Naginata for the P3P heroine, the Fearful Kunai for Koromaru and Yosuke, the Breeze Tutu female armor, and the Memorial Collar for Morgana. Okina Cup is used to create Erik's Bloodaxe for Haru, and the Camel Red for Naoto.
