Seri is a debugger from the Central Administration Bureau whose gender will be the same as the gender the player has chosen for Kei Azuma. While fighting the noise that appears at the Urahimemiki Live, they are injured. They soon rejoin the debuggers, but on a spy mission it is revealed they are actually working for the Ring of Gaea, having infiltrated the Administration.
