History[]
Saurva is one of the Daevas that serve Ahriman in Zoroastrianism. He is the archdemon of oppression and his eternal opponent is the Amesha Spenta of desirable dominion, Khshathra. He is associated with both Rudra and Shiva.

Megami Ibunroku Persona[]
Saurva is summoned by Takahisa Kandori in the Mana Castle to fight the party. At the end of the battle he expresses shock at how strong they are before he dies. He is known as Salavino in Revelations: Persona.
Saurva is a member of the Tyrant Order in Megami Ibunroku Persona, but his Order was changed to Deity in the PSP remake.
