The Sangyokai (三業会*)? are an organization who serve as the primary antagonistic force in Maken X.

"A Hong Kong based crime syndicate. Originally, these people were Blademasters but these members felt their purpose was useless, and formed a new faction. After the restoration of Hong Kong to China, they increased in power until they had a worldwide network. It has been suggested that they are behind the disasters that are occurring throughout the world."
The Sangyokai's ranks consist mainly of former Fukenshi who defected from the group believing that protecting humanity is a wasted effort, as well as a small group of high-profile figures from around the world known as the Hakke that serve as commanders, under the rule of Mr. Meteor. Members of the organization are injected with Image by Mr. Meteor to share his mindset, resulting in many members having physical deformities to their appearance. To achieve their goal of reducing the human population they create resource shortages, wars and diseases.
Many of the Sangyokai decorate their outfits with drawings of their KE Animals to show their loyalty.
