Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army

Sadakichi is a high-ranking member of the Japanese Imperial Navy, and was working undercover investigating reports of corruption and shadowy projects within the Imperial Army. What he uncovered shocked him, and he called for a meeting with a local journalist, Tae Asakura. He was unfortunately discovered, and pulled into the Dark Realm of Kasumidai, where Raidou was forced to rescue him and help find his reports on the actions of the army.

Sadakichi would later appear to coerce Raidou into helping the Navy fight a curse placed on an important figure in the Navy, by threatening to harm Narumi. After the mission is over, Sadakichi regrets the way he treated Raidou, and agrees to help with any information that may help Raidou bring down General Munakata and his Super Soldier Project.

Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon

Sadakichi returns as a side quest character where he provides several case files for Raidou to work on. He can be found near the entrance of Kasumidai. He will not talk to Raidou, but rather has Raidou use his Pagan Mind Read skill to read his mind to reveal some details and have the case files sent to the Narumi Detective Agency.

Etymology

• The name Sadakichi means "determine, fix, establish, decide" (定) (sada) and "lucky, good" (吉) (kichi).
