Ruthless Ice Raven appears as the first sub-boss found within Tartarus, on the 5th floor of the Thebel Block. A weaker enemy version under the name Ice Raven can later be found within the second half of the Yabbashah Block.
As a sub boss, it is weak to all ailments except for Fear, which it's immune to. It attacks with weak Ice Skills such as Bufu and Mabufu, and will usually go for Power Slash if it manages to Freeze any opponents. Being weak to Fire attacks, they can easily be taken out by Junpei's Agi skill, however if Junpei isn't at a high enough level to use Agi, the protaganist can use Orpheus to cast Agi instead.
