Aka Manto ("Red Cape"), also known as Aka Kami ("Red Paper"), is a male ghost who waits in the last stall in the girl's bathroom. If someone enters the bathroom it will ask them "Which do you prefer, the red cape/paper or the blue cape/paper?" If the person picks red, he kills them by slashing their back or neck repeatedly with a blade, to make them look like they're wearing a red cape. If they pick blue, then they're killed by hanging, making their face turn blue.
"A ghost that appears in restrooms of middle schools across Japan, said to originate from pre-war Kyoto. When a person enters a stall, a voice will ask, "Do you need a red cape?" If they answer yes, a knife will drop from the ceiling and stab the stall occupant, killing them. The resulting blood spurt covers the corpse like a red cape."

Only fought on Kei Nanjo's route. It can be fought in the Cruise Ship Nichirinmaru after spreading the rumor obtained from the Tourist. Soshu Masamune will be obtained once Red Cape is handed over to the Tourist.
