Effect[]
In Persona 3 Reload, Rebellion Blade deals colossal Almighty damage to 1 target. If the foe is Downed, the attack deals more damage. It is exclusive to the Persona 5 Royal version of Loki.
In Persona 5 Royal, Rebellion Blade deals colossal Almighty damage to 1 target. If the foe is Downed, the attack deals 2.5x more damage, stacking with the typical increase of 25% damage towards Downed enemies. It is one of Goro Akechi's signature skills in Persona 5 Royal.
