Rainy Sister 4 appears in Halls 7 and 8 of the Steamy Bathhouse within the Midnight Channel. When defeated, it may drop 4th Girl's Talc. Selling 4th Girl's Talc at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Reign Skinner for Yosuke Hanamura in the shop.

In Golden, Rainy Sister 4 appears in Halls 5 through 10 of the Steamy Bathhouse. It gains access to Spirit Drain. It may also drop Fluorite and Smoky Quartz for trade at Shiroku Pub. Selling four 4th Girl's Talc will unlock the Reign Skinner for Yosuke.
