Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army[]
Raiho is a Jack Frost who has fused himself with a bancho uniform. He previously idolized Raidou Kuzunoha XIV and had hoped to become Raidou Kuzunoha XV. After his fusion with the uniform, he decides that Raidou is too small of a title, and that he will be known as Raiho Kuzunoha. If Raidou mistakenly calls him Raihee, then the enraged Raiho attacks him. Defeating Raiho will allow Raidou to summon him. Raiho only appears during a new cycle.
Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon[]
"The result of Jack Frost fusing with the Bancho Uniform that Detective Kazama had. With his cool body and burning passion, his goal is to inherit the name of Raiho the 15th..."
Raiho appears in the sequel, again as an optional boss. This time, he can be challenged on the first cycle in the case file "Ghost Customer." Upon defeating him, Raidou will be able to fuse a Raiho of their own at level 40, and will be allowed to ride the streetcar for free. Raiho learns the Glacial Blast ability, which has the potential to be one of the most powerful spells in the game. During the battle, he summons a Pyro Jack, Makami, Moh Shuuvu, Mokoi, Jack Frost, Pixie and finally a Mahakala, which is his most powerful demon.
