Qing Niuguai, also known as Seigyūkai, is a demon in the series.

History

It's believed that Qing Niuguai is the demonization of Qing Niu (青牛, blue ox), the ox ridden by Lao Zi (老子).

One of the servant demons of Xi Wangmu, two of them are found in her Domain guarding the path to her. Kaga takes on the right one while Flynn takes the one on the left.
