In Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army, Pulinpa fires a projectile that deals light Mind damage to a target and can inflict the Panic status.
In Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon, Pulinpa is an area attack that deals light Mind damage in inflicts Panic status on anything in the flashing spell radius after the attack begins.
In Persona 3, Pulinpa has a chance to inflict the Panic ailment in 1 target.
In Persona 4 and Persona 5, Pulinpa can inflict the Confuse ailment in 1 target. Its effects vary between games.
In Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, Pulinpa is an enemy-only Mind skill with a chance to inflict Confuse on one target.
