Puck is the first of Guts' companions following his horrific betrayal in the hands on Griffith and was present at the first few chapters of the manga accompanying him as he brutally slays multiple apostles. He was born in Elfhelm and left it out of sheer boredom, and has accompanied Guts ever since.

In Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2, Puck appears as a guest character alongside Guts, Schierke, Skull Knight, Mozgus, Isidro, and Ivalera who are also from the Berserk series. Though Isidro, Ivalera and Puck aren't playable.
