Psyocropos first appears as a boss in Scoundrel's Hold. It must be defeated to complete the bounty quest "The Greater One-Eyed Scoundrel."
Psyocropos later appear as regular enemies in the Tower of Insolence.
Strategy[]
Both the boss version and the regular enemy will be accompanied by allies. The boss version will be accompanied by two Hexer Goborn Ligo, while the regular version's allies will depend on the location (two Spekto of Lament for those in the Tower of Insolence).
If all their allies are defeated before it, the Psyocropos will become highly aggressive. The regular version will use Soul Scream on its turn then use all four of its new actions to attack or charge.
