Proud Authority is an Extra Boss that can be fought in the same area as Kamoshidaman after completing at least 5 Special Screenings. It is fought as part of the Neo Kamo City Special Screening, with the reward for beating it being an Old Projector which unlocks Three-Way Fusion. After the battle, it drops a piece of Sooty Film which unlocks a battle with Theodore.
