Protopia (中立都市プロトピア, Chuuritsu Toshi Purotopia)? is a city in Shin Megami Tensei: IMAGINE.

Protopia can be accessed within Shinjuku Babel, and is considered the home for those who do not agree with either the Order of Messiah or the Cult of Gaia, serving as the Neutral alignment's primary base town. It stands in the location of First Home.
While there are a few humans in Protopia, much of the population is comprised of Innocents, who try to maintain a level of secrecy around the existence of Protopia.
Protopia is lead by Madam Justice, who acts as a central figure for players aligned as Neutral in the later part of the main acts. Unlike the leaders of the Chaos and Law factions, those in other alignments never directly interact with her.
