Protagonist of Devil Survivor
The Protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor is a 17 year old high school student in Japan.

Biography
The protagonist is a second year high school student who is friends with Yuzu Tanikawa and Atsuro Kihara. He appears as a boy with straight blue hair and wears white headphones that gives him a vague appearance of cat ears on his head, though they could also be taken as devilish horns.
The protagonist has a cousin named Naoya, who is a computer programmer. One day, Naoya sent him a COMP, complete with a program that is able to summon Demons. This coincided with the event of Tokyo being sealed by the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force and a Demon outbreak throughout the city. The protagonist and his two friends are trapped and are desperately trying to escape while surviving the demon outbreak. Over the course of the lockdown he becomes involved in the war for the Throne of Bel, which he either wins or runs from depending on the route the player chooses.
On Amane and Naoya's routes it is revealed that he is a reincarnation of the biblical Abel, the first murder victim who was slain by his brother, Cain.
