Power Incenses I - III permanently raises the stat of any Persona's Strength stat, be it one of the protagonist's Personas, or any of the other Personas used by the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad.
How much Power Incenses increases a Persona's Strength stat depends on the three eponymous variants of Power Incense.
Persona 5 Strikers[]
Power Incenses permanently raises the stat of any Persona's Strength stat by one per use, be it one of the protagonist's Personas, or any of the other Personas used by the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

Participating in Linked Episodes will have a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad gifting Incense to the protagonist.

In New Game Plus files of Persona 5 Strikers, 3 Power Incenses can be bought from Sophia's Shop for ¥200,000 each (as low as ¥80,000 during a sale). These Incenses can be refreshed after enough battles in a Jail.
Post-battle[]
In Persona 5 Strikers, Power Incenses can be randomly dropped by Treasure Demons, Request-specific Shadows and boss rematches.
On Merciless Difficulty, Power Incenses can be randomly obtained as in general post-battle spoils, with the amount varying from various sources:
