In Shin Megami Tensei NINE, Strange Journey, IV, Apocalypse and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, Poison Breath inflicts Poison on all foes.
In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, Toxic Cloud deals weak Curse damage to random foes and may inflict Poison.
In Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, Poison Breath inflicts Poison on the front row of enemies.
In Soul Hackers 2, Poison Breath deals weak Ruin damage to all enemies and has a medium chance to inflict Poison.
In Megami Ibunroku Persona, Poison Breath deals medium Nerve damage to an area, and inflicts Poison.
In Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Poison Breath inflicts Poison on a group of enemies.
